Okinawa Interior / Exterior Painting IDIQ   4

Background
The program is a multiple award, firm-fixed price (FFP), IDIQ contract effort that provides a vehicle for the execution of painting projects for various U.S. Military Family Housing (MFH) Installations in Okinawa, Japan. Contractors will be expected to accomplish painting projects of interior and exterior surfaces of the facilities on base along with surface preparation/repairs required prior to painting.

Work Details
During the life of the contract, projects will be identified as task orders and will be competed amongst those successful contractor(s) who receive a base contract under the program. Individual task orders are anticipated to range between $2,000.00 - $2,000,000.00 / (¥) Yen equivalent. The total program value will not exceed $50M / (¥) Yen equivalent over a seven-year period.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial ordering period of five years and may be extended for one or more successive ordering periods, not to exceed seven years total or until the maximum capacity of the contract has been reached, whichever occurs first.

Place of Performance
The program will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan, specifically the island of Okinawa. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
