Project Title: Okinawa Interior/Exterior Painting ProgramThe Okinawa Interior/Exterior Paint Program is intended to be a multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) for execution of interior and exterior painting along withsurface preparation/repairs required prior to painting.The minimum value of any one individual Task Order after the initial Task Order under this program is $10,000.00, with a maximum order per Task Order is $5,000,000.00.The total program ceiling is $50,000,000.00 (or Yen equivalent) over a seven-year period as detailed within.

This solicitation is being reissued. Offerors that previously submitted proposals under RFP# FA527023R0018 Okinawa
Interior / Exterior Paint IDIQ and wished to be considered for award shall resubmit all requirements addressed under
Solicitation FA527023R0018 Amendment 0002.

Background
The Okinawa Interior/Exterior Paint program is intended to be a multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) for execution of interior and exterior painting along with surface preparation/repairs required prior to painting. The program ceiling is $50,000,000.00 (or Yen equivalent) over a seven-year period.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing protective coatings for interior and exterior painting projects for the 18th Wing, Okinawa Military Family Housing, and US Army-Directorate of Public Works, on Okinawa. The work involves paint and paint-type coatings with all accessories required including emulsions, enamels, paints, stains, varnishes, caulking, sealers, epoxies, and other coatings to protect/paint drywall, metal/steel, concrete, stucco, masonry and wood surfaces from deterioration.

Period of Performance
The period of performance ranges from September 29th, 2023 to October 1st, 2030 for various task orders.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations on Okinawa.
