Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award W912L624P0010 to Fitzroy Environmental Consulting (IH FACILITY SURVEY, $38,500; 09/23/24–09/22/25). The scope aligns with conducting industrial hygiene facility surveys and producing comprehensive reports to establish or update workplace exposure baselines under AR 385-10, including evaluating hazards and documenting conditions. A closely related prior contract, W912L624P0012 to JWJ Consulting ($30,000; 09/24/24–09/22/25) for an IH facility survey at AASF #1 Lexington OK, further suggests continuity in performing similar industrial hygiene survey work at NG facilities.
