OKARNG Industrial Hygiene Survey AASF/CSMS/MATES/UTES

Background
The Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) is seeking a contractor to conduct a comprehensive industrial hygiene survey at various facilities, including AASF, CSMS, MATES, and UTES. The purpose of this contract is to identify and evaluate potential health hazards associated with processes performed at National Guard working facilities and to provide recommendations for hazard control.
This initiative aligns with the Army Regulation 385-10, which governs safety programs within the Army.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks: conduct a comprehensive industrial hygiene survey; prepare a detailed report based on the findings; anticipate, recognize, and evaluate potential health hazards; establish or update baseline workplace conditions; document existing engineering, administrative, and personal protective equipment used in each process; evaluate operational ventilation systems for compliance with applicable standards; conduct breathing zone sampling for airborne hazards; measure noise levels on operational equipment and record measurements on DD Form 2214; perform noise dosimetry on maintenance personnel separated into Similar Exposure Groups (SEGs); ensure all mandatory samples are collected regardless of cost; and coordinate with the Regional Industrial Hygiene Southeast office for scheduling site visits.
