Background
The Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge (DFNWR) is located in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma, covering nearly 10,337 acres. Established in 1993 under the Emergency Wetlands Resources Act of 1986, its mission is to conserve wetlands and provide habitat for migratory birds and other wildlife.

The Refuge offers various recreational opportunities including wildlife observation, hiking, hunting, and fishing. The goal of this contract is to procure a heavy-duty gooseneck flatbed trailer that will facilitate habitat management initiatives by enabling the movement of equipment within the refuge.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of (1) Tilt Bed Trailer, specifically a Behnke Model TBCT2420ETGN-10K or an equivalent model. The trailer must meet the following specifications:
- Heavy-duty gooseneck tilt trailer with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 20,000 lbs.
- Minimum width of 83 inches between fenders.
- Must include a spare tire (same size as on trailer) with mount.
- Must include a mounted toolbox for storing chains and ratchet straps.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from August 27, 2024, to February 7, 2025.

Place of Performance
The trailer will be delivered to the Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge located at PO Box 816, Okmulgee, OK 74447-0816.
