Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for the manufacture, assembly, inspection, integration, testing, packaging, and delivery of Handling & Stowage Group (H&SG) Systems, Overboarding Fairlead Assemblies, and spare parts. NUWDIVNPT also requires engineering services to address issues identified during the production of the H&SG systems and subcomponents. The requirement is being solicited as unrestricted as concurred with the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs and Small Business Administration Center Representative. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this requirement is 333923. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees.

Work Details
The contractor shall manufacture, assemble, inspect, integrate, test, package, and deliver H&SG systems and Overboarding Fairlead Assemblies for warfare systems in section 2.1. The contractor shall provide spare parts. The contractor shall provide engineering services to address issues identified during the production of the H&SG systems and subcomponents.

Period of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at the contractor’s facility. Travel locations will be identified in each individual delivery and task order. Travel locations may include Bath, ME; Pascagoula, MS; Marinette, WI.
