The Government is currently soliciting for vendors who are interested in being a subcontractor for this requirement. Please provide your company name, cage code, and POC information to keri.l.gunn.civ@us.navy.mil. An interested parties list will be published with the solicitation

Background
The Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) Command Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO- IWS5) is procuring AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Combat Systems for DDG-51 class and other ship classes. This system includes the OK-410(V)4 Handling and Stowage Group (H&SG) which is utilized to stow, deploy, and retrieve surface ship towed arrays like the Multi-Function Towed Array (MFTA). PEO-IWS5 has tasked the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Sensors and SONAR Systems Department, Code 15, to execute all the procurement efforts for the H&SG. NUWCDIVNPT intends to procure OK-410(V)4 H&SG systems, spare parts, and major assemblies under this contract to support the AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 fielding plan.

Work Details
The contractor shall manufacture, assemble, inspect, integrate, test, package, and deliver H&SG systems and Overboarding Fairlead Assemblies for warfare systems in section 2.1. The contractor shall provide spare parts and Provisioned Items Order (PIO) parts. The applicable systems include AN/SQQ-89A(V)15, AN/SQQ-89(V), and AN/SQQ-89(V) FMS. The contractor shall also conduct a Production Readiness Review, develop a Factory Acceptance Test Procedure, perform Engineering Services including technical investigations on issues identified during production, conduct bi-weekly progress meetings with program team members virtually, and prepare monthly progress/status reports.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is five (5) years.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the contractor’s facility.
