Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior contract 70B03C21P00000323, awarded to Asbury Environmental Services for $242,271 (08/07/21–08/06/26). The prior work involved oil-water separator, clarifier, sump, and sludge pumping services at multiple U.S. Border Patrol locations in the San Diego Sector, which aligns closely with the current requirement to clean/pump/dispose sludge and wastewater from similar assets (including carwash oil-water separators/clarifiers and related sumps) across CBP sites. The scope and service type suggest the current effort may be a continuation of the same operational support need.
