OH ANG Rickenbacker AB SIPR Room Demolition and Renovation   2

The 121st Mission Support Group Contracting Office at Rickenbacker AB will be issuing a Solicitation for Project No: NLZG22201; SIPR room renovation BLDG 875 at Rickenbacker AB. This project consists of the demolition of the existing SIPR room wall and rebuild wall to increase Comm room size. Rework existing electrical, mechanical to make the new layout usable as a Comm room and Computer Cafe. Install additional fire alarm and fire suppression devices to bring Comm room and Computer Caf to current UFC and building codes.

This project will be solicited as a competitive Small Business Set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.
