OG Office Furniture

Background
The Wyoming Army National Guard is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items, specifically for office furniture. The goal of this contract is to procure various types of office furniture to support the operations of the 153d Airlift Wing. This solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

- **CLIN 0001**: Meeting Table Chairs (Quantity: 8)
- Specifications: 4-leg rolling, chrome frame, black seat and mesh backrest.

- **CLIN 0002**: Office and Workstation Chairs (Quantity: 24)
- Specifications: 5-leg rolling, black frame, black seat and mesh backrest, adjustable arms.

- **CLIN 0003**: Round Meeting Table (Quantity: 3)
- Specifications: 36” diameter round surface top, 32” x 28” X-shaped base footing, brown laminate, mobile with locking casters.

- **CLIN 0004**: Training Table (Quantity: 2)
- Specifications: 30” x 60”, rectangle, brown laminate, flip top, mobile with locking casters.

- **CLIN 0005**: 6 Person Workstation (Quantity: 1)
- Specifications: 5’ x 5’6”, three L-shaped surfaces and three straight surfaces, brown laminate, under storage cabinets (locking), credenzas, fabric tile separators.

- **CLINs 0006 & 0007**: Personal Storage Lockers (Quantity: 2 each)
- Specifications for both lockers: Dimensions of 18” x 18” x 79”, two doors, metallic with satin nickel finish; one locker opens right and the other opens left.

- **CLINs 0008 & 0009**: Storage Wardrobes (Quantity: 1 each)
- Specifications for both wardrobes: Dimensions of 24” x 68”, brown laminate; one wardrobe opens right and the other opens left.

- **CLINs 0010 to 0014**: Various Storage Cabinets and Office Desks with specific dimensions and locking features as detailed in the solicitation.

- **CLINs from 0015 to 0023** include additional workstations, storage cabinets, bookshelves, and installation/removal services for old furniture.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required no later than 90 days after the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
The place of delivery is specified as the Wyoming Army National Guard's facility located at the address: 153d Airlift Wing, 217 Dell Range Blvd, Cheyenne, WY.
