THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE, BUT A SPECIAL NOTICE TO UPDATE INTERESTED VENDORS PERTAINING TO THE INITIAL PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE.

The posting of solicitation W9128F21R0022 has been delayed but will be forthcoming. Due to the delay in posting the solicitation, there is no scheduled site visit for 9 March 2021 as initially anticipated and stated in the previous pre-solictation notice.
