Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to award a five-year indefinite delivery requirements firm-fixed price contract on a sole-source basis to Corvid Technologies, a small business located in Mooresville, NC. This contract supports engineering services and nonrecurring engineering requirements generated by PEO Missiles and Space Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions ATI Program Office.

Work Details
The contract includes engineering services, non-recurring engineering (NRE), and hardware. Hardware quantities will range with minimums, maximums, and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) for Year One and Year Two as follows:

- SPEAR R9S INERT Parts Kit - Minimum 50, BEQ 200, Maximum 600;
- RSI 23131 - Minimum 50, BEQ 200, Maximum 600;
- 49100-25040-01 - Minimum 50, BEQ 200, Maximum 600.

Future requirements for NRE or Engineering Services will be issued as task instruction RFPs.

Period of Performance
Five years from the contract award date.

Place of Performance
Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
