Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to create a new long-term contract (LTC), “GD-OTS Enterprise Contract.” This LTC will be an 8-year Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR), firm-fixed price (FFP) contract with pricing to be updated every two (2) years. It will include an overarching contract (SPRRA2-24-D-0009) establishing the Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV) in support of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Ground Combat Systems, Mounted Armored Vehicle (MAV). The contract is intended to provide long-term coverage on the production of the B-Kit, Part Number 10093802, with an estimated quantity of 122 for FY24. The requirement involves GD-OTS to acquire parts, arrange for agile manufacturing processes or carry a level of inventory necessary to deliver parts, perform remanufacturing/repairs or provide the appropriate outcome within the specified timeframes established during negotiations.

Work Details
The proposed CLIN Structure includes Production of B-Kit, P/N 13074593 and Contractor First Article Test. The offeror is required to price the following Fiscal Years: Fiscal Year 2024, CLINs 0001, 0002 and 0003. The proposal should include range pricing and price break quantities. Additionally, the offeror shall prepare one summary schedule and submit other than certified cost and pricing data to include appropriate data on the prices at which the same item or similar items have previously been sold, adequate for determining the reasonableness of the price. Submission must include working excel formulas.
Back-up documentation shall detail the labor categories to be used, labor hours proposed by category, material and equipment cost, and a total cost breakdown.
