Background
Texas Air National Guard (TXANG) requires temporary rental of a portable office (32x8) equipped with 2 bathrooms and a common area and the weekly servicing of the latrines for units to remain operational at Kelly Airfield building 1610.

Work Details
Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Portable Office Rental and Latrines Cleaning Services. The contractor shall develop and maintain an effective QC Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 0600 hours to 1600 hours on Tuesday-Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies.

The contractor shall safeguard all Government property provided for contractor use. The United States Government has adopted a zero-tolerance policy regarding trafficking in persons.
