The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS) Region 8 is seeking a contractor to furnish all services required to support the relocation of Federal Public Defender (FPD) from 703 Main Street, Rapid City 57701 into the final space located in 306 7th Street, Rapid City 57701 in the month of September. The Government will be issuing a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. This will be a total Small Business set-aside. Please see the Statement of Work document for more detailed information. Please review the RFQ document, and fill out all pertinent attachments to this solicitation.

Background
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is overseeing the relocation of the Federal Public Defender's office in Rapid City, South Dakota. The goal is to move the office from 703 Main Street to 306 7th Street, ensuring all sensitive building information is safeguarded.

Work Details
The contractor will provide services for relocating office furniture, equipment, and supplies from the current location to the new office space. Tasks include removing existing furniture, transporting and setting up property at the new location, disposing of excess furniture as specified in the Agency Inventory sheet, and providing a help desk at the new site for minor adjustments and trash removal.

The contractor must furnish packing containers and supplies, provide color-coded labels for items, and ensure all materials are clean and protective. A Project Manager will coordinate with GSA on security requirements, schedule walk-throughs, hold packaging instruction meetings, and oversee the move process.

Period of Performance
The move is scheduled to start in September 2019 and must be completed by September 30, 2019.
