Description

The Office of Water Prediction (OWP), an office under the National Weather Service (NWS), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Department of Commerce (DOC), has a need for Administrative and Professional Services. These services include program and project management support, administrative support, partnership administration, and professional subject matter expertise.
Background
The Office of Water Prediction (OWP), part of the National Weather Service (NWS) under the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Department of Commerce (DOC), requires Administrative and Professional Services.

The goal of this contract is to support OWP's mission through various management and expertise services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. OWP Administrative Support Services - Full Firm Price (FFP).
2. OWP Portfolio and Program Management Support Services - FFP.
3. OWP Project Management Support Services - FFP.
4. OWP Professional Subject Matter Expertise - Time & Materials (T&M).
5. OWP BIL Professional Subject Matter Expertise - T&M.

These services are to be delivered over multiple periods, including option periods extending up to five years.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from September 21, 2024, to September 20, 2029, with specific tasks scheduled for various option periods within this timeframe.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Office of Water Prediction located at 7600 Sand Point Way NE, Building 1, Seattle, WA 98115.
