Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Office Janitorial Services at West Hill Dam, Uxbridge, MA. The mission of the Corps is to provide vital public engineering services in peace and war to strengthen the nation's security, energize the economy, and reduce risks from disasters.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the office facilities at West Hill Dam are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to clean one project office building at West Hill Dam. Services will be performed on a biweekly basis (every other week) and must comply with the Performance Work Statement. Specific tasks include:
1. Vacuuming all floors, carpets, rugs, and runners.
2. Cleaning and disinfecting all non-carpeted floors and office chair pads with appropriate disinfecting solutions.
3. Providing cleaning supplies such as floor cleaning equipment, rags, towels, sponges, and cleaning disinfectants.
4. Preparing a site-specific Accident Prevention Plan (APP) that documents work processes and safety measures.
5. Conducting daily safety meetings and maintaining records available for review by the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
6. Submitting an Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) for each definable feature of work.
7. Ensuring that at least two employees are certified in First Aid and CPR during shifts with multiple employees.
