Office Janitorial and Park Cleaning Services

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to provide office janitorial and park cleaning services at Lewisville Lake.

This contract is a non-personal services contract, meaning the government will not exercise supervision or control over the service providers. The goal of this contract is to maintain the facilities in a clean and sanitary state, free of litter, garbage, refuse, and excess debris in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform office janitorial and park cleaning services at Lewisville Lake.

Specific tasks include: maintaining cleanliness in designated areas as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, managing resources effectively during weekdays, weekends, and holidays when applicable, preventing rework where possible and addressing it if necessary. The contractor must also coordinate with outside agencies and government personnel to ensure safety and compliance.

Period of Performance
The contract will consist of one six-month base period followed by two twelve-month option periods.
