The U.S. Embassy in Wellington is seeking to procure office furniture for the Public Diplomacy (PD) section. The goal of this contract is to supply and install office furniture that meets specific design and quality standards, ensuring durability and compliance with the Embassy's operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver office furniture as per the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Key requirements include:
- A comprehensive proposal including a 3D furniture design layout drawing.
- Material samples for review and approval, ensuring materials are suitable for long-term use with moisture-resistant surfaces and a lifespan of at least 10-15 years.
- Detailed pricing table itemizing each item, including labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation costs in NZ Dollars.
- Compliance with U.S. Embassy regulations during delivery.
- A minimum one-year warranty on all furniture covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Specific Design Specifications:
- All furniture must be moisture resistant on all surfaces.
- The contractor must coordinate delivery and installation with the U.S. Embassy Contracting Officer (CO) to ensure minimal disruption to Embassy operations.

Period of Performance
