Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is issuing a contract for the Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) located in Shonto, AZ. The mission of the IHS is to provide comprehensive health services to American Indians and Alaska Natives. This contract aims to supply office furniture necessary for the operations of the IHHC.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of various office furniture items as detailed below:
1. Straight Work Desk:
- 5 feet x 2 feet straight Work Desk, Qty: 26 sets
- 4 feet x 2 feet straight Work Desk, Qty: 1 set

2. L-Shape Work Desk:
- 5 feet x 2 feet work desk with 4 feet right return, Qty: 6 sets
- 4 feet left return, Qty: 5 sets

3. Executive Work Desk:
- L-shape 8 feet desk x 6 feet left return, Qty: 1 set
- L-shape 8 feet desk x 5 feet left return, Qty: 1 set
- L-shape 8 feet desk x 6 feet right return, Qty: 1 set

4. Cubical of 6-Desk System: Qty: 1 EA (System with internal power)
5. Cubical of 1-Desk System: Qty: 1 EA (6 feet desk, with internal power)
6. Cubical of 2-Desk System: Qty: 1 EA (5 feet desk and a second desk)
7. Reception Desk:
- Overall size of 6 feet x 6 feet, Qty: 1 set
- Right returned size of 7 feet x 5 feet, Qty: 1 set
8. Wall Dividers:
- Need three each of dimensions: length = 3 feet and height = 5 feet.

Delivery is expected within a timeframe of approximately 30-60 days after receipt of order.

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected by April 30, 2025.
