This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is set aside for small businesses. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business' only. This solicitation number 15DDHQ25Q00000120 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 337214. Please see attached for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluation. The Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than August 12th, 2025 by 10:00 am EST. The deadline for quotes is August 18th, 2025 by 10:00 am EST. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to jose.l.marin@dea.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.

Background
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is issuing this solicitation to support the reactivation of the Diversion Communication Center (DCC) within the El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC).
The goal of this contract is to relocate the National License Plate Reader Program (NLPRP) to Room 505 and replace worn and broken cubicles, thereby enhancing coordination with field operations and enabling real-time intelligence support.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide modular office furniture and related services for 12 DEA personnel in Room 505.
The scope includes:
1. Pre-Installation: Conducting an on-site walkthrough, confirming layout, coordinating delivery schedules, and marking mounting locations for displays.
2. Installation Services: Delivering and installing modular powered panel systems with integrated 3-circuit top feeds, assembling workstations (1 five-pack, 1 four-pack, and 1 two-pack), providing ergonomic task chairs, storage units, and ensuring ADA compliance.
3. Post-Installation: Performing checks on installed components, adjusting as necessary, disposing of debris, and conducting a final inspection with the DEA point of contact.
Furniture specifications include:
- Workstation Configuration: One (1) 5-pack, one (1) 4-pack, one (1) 2-pack modular workstation cluster.
- Integrated power/data infrastructure with top access.

Period of Performance
All services must be completed within 30 business days from the date of furniture delivery and no later than September 30, 2025.
