Offensive Security Training and Certifications

Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division is preparing a Sole Source Justification to procure Offensive Security Services training and certifications. This initiative supports the United States Army Cyber Protection Brigade located at Fort Gordon, Georgia, with funding anticipated from Fiscal Year 25 Operations and Maintenance Army (OMA) funds. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price.

Work Details
The Cyber Threat Emulation (CTE) Branch personnel are required to complete their Job Qualification System (JQS) Training Pipeline. U.S. CYBERCOM has mandated that CTE JQS training be conducted through OFFSEC training. The objective of this training is to enhance the quality of analytics developed in defense of the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) by applying realistic cyber threat emulation techniques that reflect the most sophisticated adversary Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).

The flex program allows the CTE section to concentrate on training while ensuring that personnel who demonstrate necessary skills for advanced training can utilize that training effectively.
