Off Site Medical Support Office Service

Background
The VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS) is seeking to provide off-site medical support services primarily for Veterans residing in Lanai, Hawaii.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that eligible Veterans receive necessary medical care in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment. The Department of Veterans Affairs aims to enhance access to healthcare services for these individuals as part of its mission to serve Veterans effectively.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. Medical office space services including the use of two exam rooms for VA Primary Care and Mental Health Physicians, with necessary equipment and instruments. All procedures must be performed by VA Physicians on eligible VA patients.
2. Clerical support administration to assist with operational tasks.
3. Other patient support services which include providing space, furniture, office/medical supplies, and equipment as needed.

The contractor must ensure that all facilities meet health care accreditation requirements and comply with federal, state, and local safety codes. Staff must hold full and unrestricted licenses and be technically proficient in their roles.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2035.

Place of Performance
The services will be provided primarily in Lanai, Hawaii.
