Off-ship Information Services (OIS) Sustainment - Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) For Naval Network Warfare Command (NNWC)

No funds have been authorized, appropriated or received by the Government for this Sources Sought. The information provided by contractors may be used by the Navy in developing its acquisition strategy, Performance Work Statement (PWS) and/or Performance Specifications.

Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought notice or to otherwise pay for the information submitted in response to this Sources Sought notice.

Background:

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes, in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide contractor services in Off-ship Information Services (OIS) Sustainment - Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS). The primary organization for this support is the Naval Network Warfare Command (NNWC) predominately located at 112 Lake View Parkway, Suffolk, VA 23435. The attached draft PWS addresses the required tasks, knowledge/skill/ability of contractor personnel, and outline of support required. At this time, this PWS is not finalized and may be revised prior to the publication of the solicitation. The period of performance for the anticipated contract is a twelve (12) month base period with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and with the inclusion of FAR Clause 52.217-8 an additional six (6) months of performance if required by the Government.

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify authorized and verified sources of services for an anticipated Firm Fixed-Price contract under NAICS code 541519 that has a size standard of $34.0. The proposed contract vehicle will provide all the required supplies and support services.

Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entitled "Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose," this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for Information Only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. This sources sought notice is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.

Please see the attached draft PWS to review required tasks, basic qualifications, and deliverables. Responses to this sources sought notice shall reference the Opportunity Name, Off-ship Information Services (OIS) Sustainment - Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) N6923524OISSAM and shall include the following information in this format:

1.Company name, address, Point of Contact Name, phone number, fax number and email address.

2.Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code.

3.Size of Business - Large Business, Small Business, 8(a), HubZone, Woman-Owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business, and/or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

4.Capability statement displaying the contractor's ability to provide the minimum requirements of the PWS to include past performance information and ability to interface and provide the required equipment.

5.Include any other supporting documentation to include your Seaport-NxG and or GSA contract number and contracting experience under Seaport-NxG or GSA task orders awarded, task order number, award date, period of performance/lead time for delivery, sub or prime, and brief description.

6.Provide any questions, comments, feedback regarding the draft PWS, planned contract type or any other associated information.

Standard company brochures will be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed five (5) type written pages in to less than 10 point font. Respondents will not be notified of the results and the Government is not required to answer any questions submitted in regards to this sources sought notice.
