Off-Center Lodging, FLETC Artesia

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is issuing this contract to provide Off-Center Lodging accommodations for students training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, NM.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that students have appropriate lodging that complies with all relevant health, fire, and safety regulations during their training period.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, and supervision necessary for the lodging services.

The hotels/motels must be located within 60 driving miles from the front gate of FLETC and must have inside room entry doors only. The estimated requirement is for XXX rooms from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. This number may change based on class sizes and schedules. Classes typically range from 24 to 60 students and will arrive and depart at different times throughout the specified period.

The contractor must manage the total work effort to ensure timely completion of services and maintain a high standard of performance. All contractor personnel must be capable, experienced, and adhere to safety standards. A designated Program/Hotel manager must be available during business hours to address contract matters.
