Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for off-campus housekeeping services as part of its mission to provide high-quality care to veterans.

This contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and aims to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of various facilities associated with the Minneapolis Veterans Health Administration Health Care System.

Work Details
The contractor will provide janitorial services for five off-site locations, including Buildings 9, 89, 222, 223, and the VISN 23 Office. Key tasks include:
1. Daily cleaning of patient and public restrooms, employee locker rooms, and common areas.
2. Regularly emptying waste cans, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
3. Monthly and quarterly cleaning tasks such as shampooing carpets and washing windows.
4. Ensuring that all cleaning meets specified performance standards outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
5. Coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to avoid disruptions during normal clinic hours.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period with specific pricing periods: Base Period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026; Year One from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027; Year Two from July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2028; Year Three from July 1, 2028 to June 30, 2029; Year Four from July 1, 2029 to June 30, 2030.

Services will be performed at multiple locations in Minnesota including:

- Building 89: 4239 Minnehaha Ave., St. Paul, MN
