* The purpose of Amendment 02 to BEP-001 is to post a response to Contractor questions and extend the RFI by seven (7) business days. The deadline for responses to this RFI is 5:00 PM EDT, Februry 10, 2025.

* The purpose of Amendment 01 to BEP-001 is as follows:

Update the name of the requirement to "IT GRC-PM Research & Advisory Subscription Services", respond to Contractor Questions, and provide revised RFI and PWS documents.

The scope of this PWS is to obtain contractor support for providing IT research and advisory subscription services to equip the Bureau with the tools and insights to develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide IT strategy, governance framework, and compliance program.

Background
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is the largest producer of security documents in the United States, processing billions of Federal Reserve notes annually, along with passports and military identification cards.

The uninterrupted operation of BEP's IT systems is critical for national security and economic stability. The BEP's Chief Information Officer (CIO) Directorate oversees the IT infrastructure, while the Office of Enterprise Solutions (OES) develops and maintains software applications.

To address challenges in security, data management, and system modernization, the BEP seeks cutting-edge IT insights and expertise to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen its security posture through a robust IT strategy and governance framework.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide IT research and advisory support to the BEP’s OES Leadership Team, which includes: developing a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with BEP’s mission; establishing an effective IT governance framework; implementing a compliance program; optimizing IT investments; enhancing service delivery through best practices; mitigating IT risks; providing tailored advisory services from seasoned experts; access to a comprehensive research repository; unlimited analyst support; toolkits and templates for strategy development; workshop facilitation for actionable plans; developing customized Key Initiative Plans with SMART objectives; ongoing support via a dedicated online portal.

Specific tasks include delivering in-depth research reports, expert analysis, benchmarking data, vendor evaluations, customized consulting, knowledge transfer, online portal access, analyst interaction, regular research updates, client support, and customizable service plans.

Base Year: April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
Primarily virtual services with potential on-site requirements at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing located at 14th and C Streets SW, Washington DC 20228.
