Solicitation Information

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to JaNae Lester at janae.a.lester.civ@us.navy.mil no later than Monday, July, 13, 2026 @ 2:00 PM EST.

Solicitation N0042126Q1262 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Fluke Electronics (see SOW for details), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's intial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote no later than Monday, July 13, 2026 @ 2:00 PM EST . The Government will make a decision to consider other offers.

The U.S. Government, specifically the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC), is seeking to procure Calibration Standards (CALSTDs) and ancillary equipment to support Aviation Fleet Intermediate Calibration Activities, Fleet Training Activities, and Aviation Navy Calibration Laboratories (NCLs).

The contractor is required to provide repair and calibration services for two units of P/N: 5790B AC Measurement Standard. The specific tasks include:
1. Evaluation of the equipment followed by an estimate of repair or pro forma approval by the Technical Oversight Committee (TOC).
2. Repair and/or calibration of the specified units with the following details:

- Manufacturer: Fluke

3. Deliverables include a manufacturer warranty certificate valid for 90 days, a calibration certificate, and a calibration sticker as applicable for each unit. Firmware updates are not authorized.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to be completed within four weeks after the award date.
