Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Small Boat Product Line (SBPL) is planning to issue multiple firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts for the purchase of new OEM Honda engines. This solicitation will be issued utilizing acquisition procedures, supplemented with for commercial item procurements, and will consist of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
