Background
The Department of the Treasury, specifically the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), has issued a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contractor IT support services. The scope of the PWS includes project management, development, and maintenance of OCPO Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and SharePoint Online (SPO) environment. The technical services are necessary to deliver and ensure ongoing operations of OCPO M365 applications and SPO environment, which include various tasks such as SharePoint design, information security, data and application integration, web parts, data workflow, forms, web content management, data and share libraries, system integration and data connection, data ingestion and analysis, data tracking, customer consultation/coordination, briefing, requirements specification analysis, data analysis, reporting, planning, and technical services.
