Description

The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Theater Contracting Center, Unit 23163, APO, AE 09227-3163, has a requirement for non-personal guard services for equipment and personnel until completion of follow on contract award. Any interested parties must have a Secret Facility Clearance Level at the time the proposals are due; monitor security sensors and have personnel positioned to perform security functions for protecting a site in Israel from 01 DEC 2022 - 30 NOV 2023 with 4 anticipated option periods; and provide and maintain security force to execute their task. The contractor must have a SECRET facility clearance and all personnel must have a secret clearance. This is a follow on acquisition to contract W564KV-18-C-2000. A 65 day Mobilization Period is anticipated from 26 SEP 2022-30 NOV 2022.

A Firm Fixed Price (FFP), single award commercial contract is intended to be used to fulfill this requirement. Complete details will be given in the Request for Proposal (RFP) W564KV-22-R-0003 to be released in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.SAM.gov, on or about 14 March 2022. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis with no set aside using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 15 procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561612, security guard and patrol services. The anticipated response date is 30 days after release of the RFP.

The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the SAM database to: 1) receive any contract award or payment: 2) complete electronic annual representation and certifications in accordance with FAR 4.1201. All responsible sources may submit an RFP proposal that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFP.
