Background
The solicitation is for a non-personal services contract to provide uniformed armed contract security guard (CSG) services. The contractor shall assume total responsibility for all requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) under the direction of the Contracting Officer (KO). The services are required at the Communications Site in Israel, and the contractor shall provide physically fit, properly trained, and highly qualified CSG personnel in accordance with the PWS.

Work Details
The tasks include providing armed security guards, life support, DBA insurance policy, and a phase-in period. The armed security guards will be responsible for static installation access control, static perimeter security, roving security patrols, and operating the Integrated Electronic Security System (IESS). The contractor is also responsible for providing logistical support for living off-site/post. Additionally, medical support and emergency evacuation coordination are required. The contractor shall establish and maintain an accident prevention program, safety plan and program, environmental compliance plan and program.

Period of Performance
The period of performance ranges from 12 to 36 months depending on the option exercised. The performance work statement indicates that a Pre-Performance Conference will be held approximately seven days after contract award.

Place of Performance
The place of performance is at the Communications Site in Israel.
