Background
The U.S. Army Dental Command is seeking personal services to provide Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Dental Specialties at various OCONUS locations, including Germany, Italy, Korea, and Belgium.

The contract aims to support the military health care system by providing dental services to eligible beneficiaries in accordance with Army regulations and professional standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide dental services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including general dentistry, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and dental hygiene.

Services will be provided at various OCONUS locations such as Germany, Italy, Korea, and Belgium. The contractor must ensure compliance with professional standards and ethical practices. Specific tasks include providing full-time equivalent dental specialties, call-back services for general dentists and orthodontists, transportation relocation reimbursement, dependent schooling reimbursement, and contractor manpower reporting.

The contractor is also responsible for recruitment and retention of qualified personnel, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, and maintaining a comprehensive in-processing program for overseas service conditions.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is not to exceed 12 months ending September 30 of each government fiscal year.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various OCONUS locations including Germany (Landstuhl DENTAC), Italy (Vicenza), Korea (Camp Casey), and Belgium (SHAPE/NATO).
