Background
This contract is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command and Expeditionary Warfare Center, part of the U.S. Navy. The mission is to provide comprehensive support for ocean infrastructure, which includes various engineering services aimed at enhancing the development and operational capabilities of naval assets.

The goal of this contract is to ensure effective support for U.S. Navy acquisition program offices, various warfare centers, and other service branches through specialized ocean infrastructure services.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a range of tasks related to ocean infrastructure support services, including:
- Engineering services for the development, manufacturing, integration, survey, installation, repair, and recovery of ocean infrastructure and components;
- Testing and evaluation of existing ocean infrastructure and individual components;
- Offshore support involving boats, ships, aircraft, autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV), and remotely operated vehicles (ROV).

Operations may include construction, installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair in diverse environments from arctic to tropical regions and at all water depths.
