OCC Enterprise Mobility Management

Background
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking a contractor to provide services and supplies for an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution. This will consist of managing Microsoft Intune within an existing OCC provided Microsoft 365 FedRAMP-certified government cloud and the overall service portfolio of mobile devices with subscription plans, customer support, project/contract management, replacement accessories, surcharges, break/fix, and contract transition with device refreshes.

Work Details
The tasks include managing Microsoft Intune within an existing OCC provided Microsoft 365 FedRAMP-certified government cloud and the overall service portfolio of mobile devices with subscription plans, customer support, project/contract management, replacement accessories, surcharges, break/fix, and contract transition with device refreshes. The contractor is required to comply with 508 Standards for ICT products and services delivered as part of this work statement. The contractor must also comply with Federal Laws such as Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 (FISMA), FIPS standards, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards and guidelines. The contractor must also comply with OCC security and privacy policies and standards in effect at the time of the award of the contract.
