OCC Enterprise Data Management Support Services   2

Background
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is conducting market research to obtain information on industry capabilities and best practices to support and enhance ongoing Enterprise Data Management (EDM).

The EDM program is currently operating in a hybrid environment, with portions of data warehouse and related assets remaining on-premises, while other data sets and analytics workloads are being migrated to the cloud. The objective is to ensure continued stability, interoperability, and modernization of both environments while advancing towards a fully cloud-based ecosystem.

Within Informational Technology and Security (ITS), the EDM group is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting the Data Warehouse Platform, reporting/analytics, and other data-related products.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform various tasks including:
1) Transition Plan development to take ownership of the scope of work;
2) Transition Execution involving review of platform documentation, helpdesk incidents, and training;
3) Risk Management including identification and mitigation of risks associated with EDM platforms;
4) Quality Control Management ensuring compliance with task order requirements;
5) Continuous Process Improvement initiatives related to operational activities;
6) EDM Operations including monitoring platforms, providing day-to-day support, managing user access, performing security audits, and ensuring compliance with OCC policies;
7) Migration tasks for moving on-prem data to cloud platforms;
8) Technology Research for new tools that align with OCC's Data Strategy.

The work will be performed within the United States.
