Description

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements per Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) No. 20-0455, approved by the Director of the Unmanned and Weapons (U & W) Procurement Department on 29 January 2021.
