Request for Proposal Administrative Support Services for Office of Administrative Services and National Capital

This is a combined synopsis/solicita tion for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(1) This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).

(2) The associated North American Industrial Classification Sys tem (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561110 with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. This requirement is a total 100% small business set-aside.

(3) Details on line item number(s) and it ems, quantities, and units of measure are contained in the Pricing Schedule Attachment.

(4) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Administrative Support Service

(5) The period of performance (POP) is for a base period of twelve (12) months with four (4)- twelve (12) month options periods.

(7) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Co mmercial & 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, apply. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Further details on applicable details are contained in the Attachments.

(8) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items & 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.

(9) Proposals are due by 12:00 PM EST on March 1, 2018.
