Background
This contract is issued by the U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG-HI) to provide emergency response and repair services for high voltage systems located at various Army installations on the islands of Oahu and Hawaii, specifically at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) and Kilauea Military Camp (KMC).

The installations on Oahu consist of approximately 241 buildings, serving a population of around 50,000 military personnel, government civilians, contractors, and their families. Work Details
The contractor will perform non-personal services related to emergency repair work on high voltage systems. Key tasks include:
