O2 Canister Hydro-static Testing and Regulator Calibration

Background
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department is issuing this solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to provide O2 Canister Hydro-static Testing and Regulator Calibration/Maintenance services.

This contract supports the Medical Central Issue Facility (MEDCIF), which is responsible for inventory management and logistics support for the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC). The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness of Navy-owned oxygen cylinders and regulators.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:
- Hydro-static testing of approximately 850 O2 canisters, including affixing a sticker or stamp indicating the last testing date.
- Provide filling of O2 canisters upon request, requiring a contract modification or separate order before work begins.
- Pickup and delivery of O2 canisters.
- Calibration services for approximately 100 RRI 120-1200 Regulators and 100 RRI 120-1220 Regulators.
- Notify the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) if maintenance is required during calibration, with authorization needed for any additional work beyond previously approved amounts.
- Maintenance may include spare parts and material replacement, with a not-to-exceed amount specified for each period: Base Period and four Option Periods, each capped at $2,500.

Period of Performance
Base Period from September 22, 2025 to September 21, 2026; Option Period I from September 22, 2026 to September 21, 2027; Option Period II from September 22, 2027 to September 21, 2028; Option Period III from September 22, 2028 to September 21, 2029; Option Period IV from September 22, 2029 to September 21, 2030.
