O&M United States Mission to the United Nations Federal Building Solicitation

A new National Specification document was recently issued and has revised or revamped much of the language in our service contract and requirements. Please carefully read through and review the attached full solicitation and all related attachments to thoroughly understand the requirements of this procurement. One Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be held. The site visit date is January 9, 2023. The site visit will consist of touring The United States Mission to the United Nations Federal Building at, 799 United Nations Plaza, New York, NY 10017. See the, "USMUN Site Visit Registration Information", attachment for details on registration. No photos or videos will be allowed during the site visit. This Solicitation is a GSA Schedule Set-Aside for Women Owned Small Businesses. Attending the site visit is not a requirement of the solicitation, but highly encouraged in order to accurately assess the requirements and pricing of a potential service contract. PLEASE TAKE NOTE - the performance and payment bonds requirements for this procurement are both 100% of the original contract price. The bid bond is 20% of the total price or $3M, whichever is less.
