Background
The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to provide an answer to a two-part question from the Q&A issued via Amendment 0002. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, materials, supplies, services, and equipment to include rental equipment to operate and perform Operations and Maintenance support at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, US National Poultry Research Center Facilities in Athens, GA and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Service type contract. Routine work is all work that is defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to be done on a scheduled or regular basis.
Routine services include all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and subcontracts deemed necessary to perform the requirements of the PWS. Additional work is defined in Article G.2. The minimum guarantee for this contract is $2,500 or the value of the first task order, whichever is greater.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance for this contract is from 11/01/2023 to 10/31/2028.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed are USDA, ARS, Southeast Area Laboratories; RRC and SEPRL, Athens, GA.
