Description

This notice is published in accordance with FAR 6.305 for the post-award publication of a Justification and Approval (J&A) for a contract awarded under the authority of FAR 6.103-2 (Unusual and Compelling Urgency). The Government has awarded a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract to Northern Management for comprehensive Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Custodial Services with a contract value of $10,359,339.86 for a 12 months base period. This requirement provides for skilled professionals to maintain critical building systems and provide facility support across multiple operational areas, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, building automation, and fire protection/life safety systems.
