The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for cleaning and sanitizing of two dining facilities, to include kitchen areas, storage areas, and dining areas. In accordance with the PWS.

Performance shall be at Camp Smith Training Site, 11 Bear Mountain Bridge

Road, Cortlandt NY, 10567 NY, building 504 and 505.

Basis of award will be the lowest price that meets all the requirements of the Solicitation and Performance Work Statement.

Wage Determination 2015-4187 Revision 28 dated 04/10/2024 applies and is incorporated.

Background
The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for cleaning and sanitizing services for two dining facilities, including kitchen areas, storage areas, and dining areas. The goal of this contract is to ensure that these facilities are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition to support the health and safety of personnel.

The services will be performed at Camp Smith Training Site, which is located at 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Road, Cortlandt NY, 10567.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform kitchen equipment maintenance and repair services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The specific tasks include:
1. Deep cleaning and sanitizing of four dining facilities and associated equipment a minimum of four times per year (quarterly).
2. Cleaning tasks include:
- Cleaning hoods and metal filters
- Cleaning walls (stainless steel & tile)
- Cleaning stove/range-tops
- Cleaning ovens and oven racks
- Cleaning flat-top griddles
- Cleaning food warmers
- Cleaning ice machines
- Cleaning meat slicers
- Cleaning sinks (food preparation, handwashing, dishwashing)
- Cleaning food preparation tables/countertops
- Cleaning hot serving counters
- Cleaning shelves
- Scrubbing flooring.
3. All cleaning will be conducted during facility closing hours.
4. The contractor is responsible for removing any debris or waste accumulation from the dining facilities.
5. Safety compliance with OSHA requirements is mandatory.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall consist of 1 Base Year of 12 months starting from 15 August 2024 to 14 August 2025, with four additional option years available.
