Work Details
The contract requires the provision of EZ WAY brand name or equal Lifts: Patient Transfer: Floor Based: Bariatric, which are designed for hoisting and transferring patients safely. The lifts must include features such as a C-shaped or U-shaped support base with casters, a vertical mast, a pivoting boom, and various lifting mechanisms. Specific products include:

1. EZ WAY L1000PN-02 - 1,000 lb. Smart Lift without scale with 2-inch casters (Upgrade)
2. EZ WAY L1000PN-03 - 1,000 lb. Smart Lift without scale with 3-inch casters (Standard)
3. EZ WAY L1000PS-02 - 1,000 lb. Smart Lift with scale with 2-inch casters (Upgrade)
4. EZ WAY L1000PS-03 - 1,000 lb. Smart Lift with scale with 3-inch casters (Standard)
5. Various Deluxe Slings in multiple sizes and configurations designed for patient safety and comfort.

The lifts must be compliant with ISO 10535 standards and include features such as emergency stop functions and manual lowering capabilities.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is set for one base year of 12 months with four optional renewal periods of 12 months each.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) VA medical centers and facilities.
