RFIs 0001:

1. What is the dollar amount of the current contract? The previous contract was for 3 years at $36,403.37 per year for the total of $109,210.11.

2. How many cooks/food service workers are currently being provided? How many are required? There is no set amount of required cooks/food service workers IAW PWS, we allow that flexibility to the contractor to be able to complete the performance. The previous contract had 7-10 food service workers for each month's UTA, and 6 Cooks during the 1 quarterly performance UTA.

3. Start date of service? The first required performance is from June 03-06 2021 and then the next two would be from August 07-08 and September 11-12. The performance is typically only two days every month through the whole fiscal year during our Unit training Assembly (UTA) on a Saturday and Sunday.

4. Amount of people served per meal/day? Annual estimate:

Breakfast (Quarterly on Sunday) - 350-400 / day

Lunch - 375-425 / day

Holiday Meals - 400-450 / day

Carry Out Meals, Box Lunches - 20-30 / day

5. Kitchen access on site? Yes

The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, supervision, and any supplies and services necessary to perform food services at Nevada Air National Guard Base in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance shall be from 17 May 2021 - 16 May 2022 for the base period with four (4) option year periods. See attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the full requirement to be performed and minimum standards. See attachment 2 - Wage Determination for standard rates.

Business Enterprise of Nevada (BEN) Program has first right of refusal through the Randolph-Sheppard Act if an offer
is received.

The performance work statement, technical exhibit 4 indicates the drill schedule for the unit training assembly when on-site services are required which are the below for the remaining fiscal year:
