Nursing Practice Oversight Course (NPOC) A/V - Request for Information

Background
The Air Force is conducting market research for the Nursing Practice Oversight Course (NPOC) A/V Rental Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide audio and visual equipment and support services.

The goal is to facilitate a conference event for over 300 attendees at the Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park in Virginia, scheduled from March 31 to April 4, 2025. This RFI is intended for planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to award a contract.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following audio and visual equipment:

- 2 HD format rear screens with dress kits
- 7 ultra-short throw projectors
- 2 tower speakers with subwoofers
- 2 powered speakers with tripod stands
- 7 handheld wireless microphones
- 2 lavalier wireless microphones
- 6 laptop audio interfaces
- a tech table with client PC
- a 6-channel audio mixer
- 5 monolyte rear screens
- a day one powered speaker with tripod stand.

Technicians must set up, maintain, and strike the equipment during the event. AV technical support should be available to address any malfunctions. Equipment must be in place by March 31, 2025, prior to the event start on April 1 at 7 AM local time. Strike-down must be completed by April 4 at 11:30 PM local time.
