These isotopes will be utilized for diagnostic testing and quality assurance, supporting the mission of providing high-quality healthcare to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide various Nuclear Medicine Radiopharmaceuticals as detailed below:

1. Tc-99m Ceretec (HMPAO) 1-30 mCi - 20 EA
2. Tl-201 Thallous Chloride per mCi - off market - 10 VL
3. Tc-99m Sulfur Colloid, 500 uCi - 50 EA
4. Tc-99m Macroaggregated Albumin (MAA), 4-7 mCi - 50 EA
5. Tc-99m Medronate (MDP), 20-30 mCi - 1500 EA
6. Tc-99m DTPA (Pentate), 5-25 mCi - 15 EA
7. In-111 Labeled White Blood Cells (kit includes syringes and anticoagulant) - 5 EA
8. Tc-99m Sodium Pertechnetate, per mCi - 3000 EA
9. I-123 NAI Capsule, per 100 uCi - 1606 EA
10. GA-67 Gallium Citrate, per mCi - 6 EA
11. Tc-99m Filter Sulfur Colloid, 200 uCi - 150 EA
12. Tc-99m Cardiolite, Sestamibi, 10-30 mCi - 2000 EA
13. Tc-99m Ceretec WBC Labeling (kits includes syringe and anticoagulant) - 5 EA
14. Tc-99m MAG 3, 1-15 mCi - 5 EA
15. I-131 NAI Thyroid Therapy, per mCi (est. at 200 total mCi) - 100 EA
16. I-131 NAI Wholebody, per mCi - 20 EA
17. Tc-99m Mebrofenin, 5-10 mCi - 50 EA
18. Xe-133 Xenon, 20 mCi vial - 50 EA
19. Pyrophosphate Vial - 30 EA
20. Cholecystokinen (CCK Vial) - 50 EA
21. Expedited STAT Deliveries - 50 EA
22. Co-57 Dose Calibrator Vial, 10 mCi - 1 EA
23. Co-57 Cobalt Flood Source, 15 mCi - 1 EA.
The contractor must comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines including those from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and USP standards.

Period of Performance
Base Year: April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026; Option Year periods extend from April to March of subsequent years through Option Year Four ending March 31, 2030.

Deliveries will be made to the Nuclear Medicine Department at Captain James A. Lovell FHCC located at:
