Nuclear-Armed, Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) Program

Background
The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Systems Planning Analysis, Inc. (SPA) for research and development services including program office support of the Nuclear-armed, Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) Program. This acquisition is being pursued under the sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; therefore, a solicitation is not available for this procurement.

Work Details
The contract involves research and development services including program office support of the Nuclear-armed, Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) Program. The primary work locations are Washington, DC and Alexandria, VA.
The Period of Performance is a one-year base with three one-year options for a total of 48 months if SSP exercises all Options.
