The contractor shall coordinate and furnish all personnel, food items, supervision, parts, tools, materials, facilities and transportation necessary to provide individual prepared boxed meals for military personnel at New Mexico Army National Guard Base 47 Bataan Blvd Santa Fe, NM 87508 Exercise Training Play Area for the Nuclear Accident Incident (NAI) Exercise to be held 25 February 2025 through 27 February 2025, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Background
The contract is issued by the New Mexico Army National Guard for the Nuclear Accident Incident (NAI) Exercise. The goal of this contract is to provide individual prepared boxed meals for military personnel during the exercise taking place from February 25 to February 27, 2025.

The contractor is responsible for coordinating and furnishing all necessary personnel, food items, supervision, parts, tools, materials, facilities, and transportation.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS):
1. Provide all labor, transportation/delivery, and specified services in accordance with the PWS.
2. Prepare and deliver individual boxed meals for three meal periods:
- Breakfast: 190 meals
- Lunch: 190 meals
- Dinner/Midnight Meal: 190 meals
3. Optionally provide a Hot Water/Coffee Station for 24-hour operations during the exercise (from 12:00 PM on February 25 through 12:00 PM on February 27, 2025). This service may be removed if funding constraints arise.
4. Ensure compliance with quality assurance and control measures as specified in the PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from February 25, 2025, to February 27, 2025.
